Associa Nevada South Helps Community Resolve Accounting Issues

This 188-unit luxury high-rise condominium community is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Associa Nevada South has managed this community’s accounting since 2016.

Challenge:

Prior to our partnership, the community struggled with achieving timely and accurate financials. The community’s general manager was looking for a more transparent way to review payables, receive financials, and post owner payments in a timely fashion.

Resolution:

The Associa Nevada South management team employed a regular courier service to receive homeowner payments for posting and assigned a dedicated individual on the accounting team to assist the general manager with training and implementing new systems. The GM was also given direct access to review bank balances. Thanks to these changes and the attention Associa Nevada South gave to the accounting-only client, most issues have been resolved, and there have been several contract renewals.
